Visual references are required. Minimum references I'd need are the character design/ visual, expression, and any big details included in the commissioned work.

Pose references and/ or brief descriptions are optional, but recommended.If the visual references aren't clear enough, there might be extra fee.

It may take me up to 48 hours to respond, due to time zone difference, IRL work, or simply just notification sometimes not working properly.

Once the order is discussed and confirmed, I'll send an invoice. Please pay in full payment within a week (7 days).

Partial payment (1/2 of total price) can be discussed for orders higher than 300 USD.

For this case, please pay the rest of the total amount when the commission is finished. I will only send the finished file after I receive the full amount.

There will be no refund unless I (the artist) cancel the order.

For Skeb-type commission, there will be no revision, but you can ask for updates/ screenshots.

Usual workflow will be rough sketch - detailed sketch with color & lighting - line-art with base color - rendering - finishing touches.

Detailed sketch/ colored sketch will be sent for review before proceed. After that, it depends on the complexity or if I need to confirm any other details. Clients are welcome to ask for updates as long as it's not too frequent - as I usually juggle between various works.

After the sketch is confirmed and I move on to the next step, minor changes only. Any major changes from this point will come with an extra charge. Extra charges should be tallied and sent before final product delivery.

*Major changes include but are not limited to: changes made for face, pose, outfit, light setting, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.Mistakes made on my part will be fixed for free.

Unless there's a deadline specified and agreed upon. it usually takes 1-12 weeks for a commission, excluding waiting time during communication and WIP/ revision confirmation.

I would give you the estimated time beforehand, and would contact you ASAP if there's any delay. Please understand that unexpected urgency may happen and I may take more time than expected.

If there's any major changes, the delivery date will also most likely be affected.

The commission will be delivered as digital files only.

In general, usage of work for any form of AI (artificial intelligence) learning, mining/ selling as NFT/ blockchain is strictly prohibited.

I (the artist) retain the rights to my artwork.

For original characters (OCs), the character design rights still belong to you.

I (the artist) retain the right to use the commissions as part of my portfolio and/ or my social media platforms, and retain the copyright of my own work.

Clients are allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes and share it on social media platforms. Artist credit is highly appreciated.

Clients are not allowed to claim credit for creating the artwork and/or any of the WIPs.

Without permission from me (the artist), clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, trace, or use the artwork and/or any of the WIPs for commercial usage.

Please note that for some cases of commercial commission, details regarding IP rights & usage may need to be further negotiated and agreed upon.
